They contain various vitamins (C, D, PP) and trace elements (phosphorus, copper, potassium, calcium, etc.), and also rich in amino acids and fiber. Opyat is convenient and pleasant to "get", because they grow in large groups on the roots of trees protruding from the ground, or old stumps. They can be distinguished from poisonous mushrooms by a convex pale-brown bonnet, with a diameter of 4 to 12 cm, covered with brown scales. The legs of the flesh reach 10 cm in length and 1.5 cm in thickness, they have brown, the same color as the hat, color. The pulp of these mushrooms is whitish, has a pleasant smell and a slightly astringent taste. Another interesting feature is the white ring on the leg. A large basket can be collected easily enough, but it's more difficult to decide what to do with them, because there are a lot of options - one is "tastier" than another. These mushrooms are marinated, boiled, baked and, of course, canned. In this article, we will present an interesting recipe for fried furs for the winter. Such mushrooms will become a real delicacy both as an independent dish, and as part of other dishes.

Recipe fried for winter

To begin with, the collected mushrooms need to be properly treated - to sort out and cut off the bad, wormy places. After that, they must be washed: pour cold water into a large container, add a little salt, citric acid, and put the mushrooms to soak. So you can easily clear the honeycomb from stuck garbage, sand and worms. That's basically it. Opyat are pure mushrooms, so they do not require a thorough scraping of the pulp with a knife. It is desirable to separate the hats from the legs. After processing the mushrooms are boiled for 40 minutes, the foam is periodically removed. You can hedge and drain the first water 10 minutes after boiling. After cooking, place the mushrooms in a colander and allow excess liquid to drain. Now let's figure out how to cook fried mushrooms. To prepare this delicious billet you will need the following ingredients:

  • Boiled honey mushrooms - 2 kg;
  • Onions - 5 pcs .;
  • Packing of margarine;
  • Salt and pepper ground.

The recipe for fried snow for the winter is this: take a deep frying pan and melt a piece of margarine. Cut the onion into small cubes and put it in a frying pan. Then add the pre-cooked honey agarics, add salt and pepper to taste. Make a small fire and cover the frying pan with a lid. Roast mushrooms, do not forget to stir them occasionally. When the firearms begin to "shoot", make fire more and fry them, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove the frying pan from the heat and gently spread the workpiece over previously sterilized jars with a volume of 0.5 liters. Roll them over with lids. Everything, a perfect appetizer for the winter is ready. Such mushrooms can be simply heated in a frying pan and add to them sour cream, and can be used for cooking first and second courses.

There is another recipe for canning roasted flesh. To prepare this fragrant billet, you need ghee and, of course, pre-peeled and cooked mushrooms. Ghee can be made by yourself at the rate of 1 kg of butter put a half teaspoon of salt. So, the recipe for fried fish for winter is as follows: take a deep saucepan or a thick-walled sauté pan and melt the butter in it. We put the same honey agarist there, cover the container with a lid and fry, periodically stirring the mushrooms with a spatula. After the white vapor ceases to go, fry on medium heat for another 10 minutes. Solim dish to taste. Now we spread the snack on previously sterilized jars, well ramming - so that no air bubbles remain. It is advisable to do this with a spoon with holes, so that excess oil drains into the frying pan. Fill the cans with honey agarics to the very top and let them cool down. The oil should settle and freeze. After that, add the remaining ghee to each jar and let it cool down. We cover the containers with parchment paper and put them into the refrigerator. After completely freezing, parchment should be removed and the cans covered with boiled plastic caps.
