Ingredients

If you decide to cook baked rolls at home, then stock up the following ingredients: rice, rice vinegar, salt, sugar, nori seaweed leaves. As a filling, tuna and salmon, prawns and avocados are well established. You can choose other products according to your taste. Grab a bamboo mat, mayonnaise and ketchup. Cooking process

Rinse the rice well, pour it with water and begin to gently stir. When the water becomes cloudy, merge it, and gently squeeze the rice. Put the hot rice in an even layer in the prepared dishes for mixing. Add the dressing and start to gently mix, so as not to break the integrity of the grains. When rice is well saturated with dressing, level it and cover with a paper towel or napkin.

Now go to the preparation of the filling. To do this, cut the ingredients in thin strips. To our baked rolls (at home they can be cooked no worse than in a restaurant) were more succulent and had a subtle specific flavor, a little Japanese mayonnaise and cheese can be added to the filling. In addition, you should prepare a mixture, which you decorate the dish, and which will create an appetizing crust. For this purpose, you can mix caviar of flying fish (or other small eggs) with mayonnaise and ketchup.

We unfold the nori seaweed sheet with a smooth side on the bamboo mat. Wet hands with vinegar, take a little rice and lay evenly on the rough surface of the nori. We leave the upper and lower edges about 1 centimeter free. Spread the filling closer to the top edge of the algae. Put your thumbs under the mat, and the rest of us hold the stuffing and start gently folding it. Well roll the roll so that its edges are firmly attached to each other. Using a sharp knife soaked in rice vinegar, cut it into several small pieces.

Spread the resulting rolls on a baking sheet and top with a prepared mixture. Bake them for about seven minutes in a preheated oven, until the products are covered with a ruddy crust.
