For cooking, you need fresh meat (beef fillet) - 1 kilogram, fat mayonnaise (about 70%) - 150 grams, a little garlic, cheese - 200 grams, two onions, pepper (better freshly ground) and salt.

We begin to cook meat in a Captain's style. The recipe is simple, but it takes a little time to implement it. For the same reason, salt should not be poured onto meat, then it will not emit the juice and remain gentle. You can cook meat in a different way in a different way. The recipe in this case complements not fatty mayonnaise, but low-calorie. This option is suitable for those who follow their shape.

Veal Dish

For this dish, take 350 grams of delicate veal, 150 grams of cheese (preferably hard), three potatoes, one bell pepper, one onion, two tomatoes, mayonnaise, green peas, greens and any spices. Meat cut into thin plates and beat off, wrapped in film food. The form is lubricated with olive oil and we put prepared meat into it. We pour salt and pepper on top, and also grease with mayonnaise. Next is a bow, cut into half rings. Cut tomatoes and peppers into circles and spread them in the same order. On top, sprinkle the dish with green peas (you can use frozen) and greens. Potatoes cut in circles and put it for beauty over the main dish. All the grease with mayonnaise and pour water mixed with spices, or broth, which is even better. You do not need to pour a lot of liquid (just one glass). Grated cheese rash from the top. Cover the form with foil and put in the oven for one hour. The cooking temperature is 230 degrees. 10 minutes before the end, remove the foil to get a beautiful crust. Then we take out and serve meat on the table in a Captain's style.
