Now consider how to prepare a baked pudding from potatoes. In this version of the recipe, it is suggested to take beef meat as stuffing. If you prefer other meat, then use it. If you feel that the filling is dry, then add more broth. Now the filling is ready and you can proceed to the next stage.

Casserole from potatoes with meat requires a proper approach to cooking a vegetable. Potatoes must be boiled in a "uniform". Only with this method of heat treatment does it leave starch, which is necessary for this dish. After cooking, the potatoes must be completely cooled, then peeled. For grinding you will need a meat grinder. Of course, you can use the usual tolkushku, but after it remains a lot of lumps, which can spoil the impression of the dish. After grinding the potatoes, add sour cream and eggs to it. Mix well until smooth. For this, it is better to use your own hand or fork. In the end, you will have a mass similar to dough.

How to make a casserole from potatoes using prepared ingredients? Lubricate the shape in which you will bake everything, melted butter. And sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Now wet your hands with cool water so that when you form the potato mass, it does not stick to the skin. Half the potatoes are used for the bottom layer of the casserole. Align it at the bottom, pay special attention to the walls of the pan, they should not be inflated from the potatoes. On the contrary, at the very edges it is necessary to make a thinner layer. Next comes a layer of meat filling. Stuffing should be well aligned. The top layer is constructed from the remains of potato mass. To do this, you must again wet your hands, if you will form a layer without additional tools. From above, apply sour cream. It will give the casserole an even more delicate taste. Baked potato casserole with meat is ready.

Alternatively, you can make a sauce of ceps, in case you are serving a dish to a festive table. For the sauce you will need: white mushrooms - 500 gr, cream - 200 gr, butter - 70 gr, salt and pepper. Rinse the mushrooms, finely chop. Fry them in a frying pan, greased with butter. Then season with salt and pepper. Next, pour the cream and mix. Sauce simmer another 10 minutes over low heat. Now sauce pour into a container and serve to the casserole.
