Tasty cake from cakes with own hands

Cake. This sweet food is an integral part of the festive table. Most often, a cake made of cakes (sand, puff or biscuit) and cream is prepared. Fruit, berries and chocolate can be used as fillings or decorations.

For its preparation you will need: 2 eggs, a jar of condensed milk, flour, soda, slaked with vinegar, three tablespoons of cocoa, 600 g of sour cream, 50 g of butter, 200 g of sugar.

So, we start to prepare a cake from cakes "Prague". Mix the condensed milk, eggs, soda. Add the flour to the resulting mass. You should get a pretty thick dough, as for pancakes.

We divide the mass into two identical parts. In one of them we put two spoons of cocoa and mix well until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Two cakes (light and dark) are baked until ready in a greased form. When they cool down, cut them along into two parts.

This cake from cakes assumes the use of sour cream. He will give the dish an amazing tenderness. So, whisk together the sour cream with two tablespoons of sugar. The resulting cream abundantly smeared cakes, alternating them in color. On top of the dish, water the glaze, cooked as follows. We melt the oil in a bowl, mix it with one spoon of cocoa and the remaining amount of sugar. The resulting mass is brought to a boil, and then cooled. The glaze quickly thickens, so the cake is best covered while it is still warm. Before serving, the dish should be well soaked.

If you do not have much time, and guests are almost on the doorstep, you can make a cake of ready-made sponge cakes, for example "Pancho".

For this delicacy, you need the following ingredients: ½ can of condensed milk, half a glass of powdered sugar and the same amount of walnuts, 250 g of pineapples (canned), 700 g of sour cream, half a bar of chocolate. Three biscuit cakes can be purchased at the store.

Preparation

One cake is laid out on a dish, and the rest is broken into small pieces and put aside. Cooking the cream. Beat the mixer with sour cream, condensed milk and powdered sugar. A small amount of cream cover the cake, so that it is well soaked. On top lay out small pieces of pineapple and chopped nuts, but not all, but only half. After that, the broken slices of the cake is dipped in sour cream and spread on the cake in such a way that a slides will turn out. Between the pieces of biscuit we place the remaining nuts and pineapples. From above on the cake pour out the cream and carefully cover the "hill" from all sides. We remove the cake from the cakes and fruits in the refrigerator for thirty minutes. At this time we are preparing the glaze. Melt the chocolate and small trickles, using a spoon, pour the cake from above to get a chaotic pattern. After this, the dish is again sent to the refrigerator, so that it is finally soaked and has a tender taste. The cake is served cold.
