Sweet and sour sauce with pineapple - a perfect complement to meat dishes

Sweet and sour sauce came to us from Chinese cooking. It is perfectly combined with a variety of meat dishes, perfectly complementing them. Sweet and sour sauce with pineapple can be served with chicken, pork, fish or beef.

Recipe

For cooking, you need 500 gr. Pineapple, ¼ cup ketchup, 150 gr. Water, 70 gr. Sugar, orange juice (130 g.), Two tablespoons of starch, a table. Spoon of lemon juice, soy sauce (a quarter of a glass) and pineapple juice (¾ cup).

Prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan pour pineapple juice, soy sauce and ketchup. All the ingredients are mixed. After that, add orange and lemon juice, put sugar. Dissolve starch in water and pour it into the mixture. Cook the sauce on low heat, stirring all the time until the bubbles appear. After that, cut the small cubes of pineapple and put them in a saucepan with gravy. Cook the food on low heat for no more than a minute and remove it from the stove. Chicken in sweet and sour sauce with pineapple

Necessary ingredients: half a kilogram of poultry fillet, two sweet peppers, 2 tablespoons of starch and as much tomato paste, 30 grams. Flour, 25 gr. Apple cider vinegar. To taste, add soy sauce, salt, ginger root and garlic. You will also need vegetable oil and 200 grams of pineapple (canned).

Preparation. We wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Pour the meat soy sauce and put it in the refrigerator for two hours. In the fillet, add flour and starch. Fry the pieces of meat until a crust is formed. We cook sweet and sour sauce with pineapple. My pepper, cut it into small cubes and lightly fry in a pan. Add grated ginger root, garlic, vinegar and pineapple along with the juice. Simmer the sauce under the lid for a few minutes. Then we pour tomato paste and starch. Bring to a boil. In a frying pan with gravy we lay the fillet and a little more stew. Chicken with pineapple in sweet and sour sauce is cooked. Bon Appetit!

Fish with pineapple in sweet and sour sauce.

Necessary ingredients: one pepper, ¼ cup soy sauce, as much ketchup and sugar. You will also need a fish fillet (700 grams), a jar of canned pineapple along with juice, two tablespoons of starch, 50 grams. Vinegar (optional), 3 liters. Orange fresh, seasoning.

Preparation. Cut fish into small pieces, sprinkle with spices and sprinkle with vinegar. We cook sweet and sour sauce with pineapple. All the above ingredients are beaten in a blender. We do not touch pineapples. A little fry in olive oil, cut into pieces of pepper, and then fish (until ready). After that, pour the sauce into a separate pan. Bring it to a boil and put the fish, pineapple and pepper. We cook a meal for 1-2 minutes. The dish is ready.

Meatballs in sauce

To prepare the dish you will need a kilogram of minced meat, half a glass of rice, pepper, two eggs, salt. For sauce: a table. Spoon of tomato paste, 0,8 l. Meat broth, citric acid, two tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of honey, 90 gr. Rye biscuits, salt, 300 gr. Pineapples.

Preparation. We combine minced meat with raw rice and eggs. Add salt and pepper. Well we mix. We form out of minced meat round meatballs and lightly fry them in oil. In a separate saucepan, mix the ingredients necessary for the sauce (except for biscuits), and bring to a boil. In a saucepan carefully put the meatballs and simmer for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle biscuits and leave the dish on fire for another 10 minutes. It is very important to cook this dish with the lid closed. Bon Appetit!
