To make it, you need a kilogram of frozen puff pastry, seven hundred grams of chicken or pork, three onions, a clove of garlic, one hundred and fifty grams of olives without pits, one hundred grams of pine nuts, two hundred grams of brynza. Defrost the dough and divide it into two parts. Rectangular form is poured over with water and put a layer of dough. Meat with onion and garlic is passed through a meat grinder. For those who are in a hurry, you can advise the recipe for a quick pie with meat. The test requires three eggs, half a glass of sour cream and half a cup of mayonnaise, a glass of flour. For the filling, we prepare half a kilogram of minced meat, an onion, one carrot, a clove of garlic, a jar of canned mushrooms and salt. Onions and garlic are cleaned and finely chopped. With the champignons drain the water. Carrots clean and grind on a large grater. Fry onion, garlic, carrots and minced meat in a frying pan in vegetable oil until cooked.
