Fine Armenian lavash has taken root in our kitchens. With its help you can prepare a lot of fast interesting dishes. To these dishes is also cottage cheese with herbs and garlic, baked in pita bread in the oven. Alternatively, small rectangular envelopes can be made from pita bread. Inside put the same stuffing and gently wrap it criss-cross. From above to smear. Bake under the same conditions, not for long. These envelopes are similar in taste to small khachapuri.

Pie with cottage cheese and greens

You can make an open pie with the same stuffing. To do this, we buy a puff pastry in the store, defrost it and roll it into thin sheets. Of course, if there is such a desire, you can prepare the dough yourself (here we already use the most familiar and proven method). The filling made according to the above recipe, we spread one sheet, and the second we cover, connecting edges. In the middle, leave a rather large hole so that the cake can breathe. Top of the pie is missed with a beaten egg. Bake in the oven at medium temperature until cooked (check with a match).

This dish can also be classified as fast. You will need: three glasses of flour, a glass of water, a couple of spoons of lean oil, three eggs, a pinch of soda, salt, 300 grams of crumbly cottage cheese, greens.

Preparation of cakes with cottage cheese

In the flour we drive one egg, we put soda, lean oil. We make a dough and leave him to rest. We prepare the filling: boil the eggs finely chop, cut the greens finely. We connect with cottage cheese. Stirring. From the test, make thin small flat cakes (roll out with a rolling pin). In the center of each flat cake we fill the filling and tear the edges, making flat cakes. In a frying pan in hot oil, quickly fry our cakes from both sides to a ruddy state. We take out on napkins to remove excess fat. Such a quickly cooked dish can be eaten immediately, hot, and you can put it in the fridge and serve, for example, for breakfast with sour cream sauce. It's very tasty. Especially children like to carry small "buns" from under the arm so that you do not have time to cook them!
