For cooking, you need a pair of Peking cabbage, two onions, 600 grams of mushrooms (champignons) and 250 grams of sour cream. Mushrooms cut into cubes, and onion - quarters. Cabbage shred, but not finely. We take a frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Then we lay out the mushrooms, salt and fry until half cooked. After that, we put it into a separate bowl.
