What do we need to prepare them? Two steamed salmon steaks, rosemary, half a lemon, a pair of garlic cloves, onion, olive oil, sugar, salt, orange (optional), chopped greens, spices and vinegar. Also a little asparagus beans and young carrots on a salad, lemon juice, salt.

The fish should be washed, cleaned, dried, rubbed with salt and spices (do not overfill with salt!), Covered with rosemary, greens and garlic. Cook the beans and carrots until soft and cool, clean. Lay the vegetables on the dish, salt them, sprinkle with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Cucumber grate on a fine grater. Dill and onions can be chopped in a blender. Stir mayonnaise and sour cream, add mustard, eggs, cucumber and greens. Salt to taste. When steaks of salmon in the oven with their fragrance will make it clear that they are ready, get them out, put them on plates. Serve with the sauce.
