The first professional club Tskhadadze was the local "Metallurg" from the city of Rustavi, then speaking in the 2 nd league of the union championship. For two seasons he spent 39 games in the team, becoming one of the pillars of defense.

Soon after that, a logical invitation to the leading Georgian club "Dynamo" (Tbilisi) followed. In the capital's team, Kahaber Tskhadadze made his debut in 1988 in the highest league of the USSR championship in football. At that time, "Dynamo" experienced not the best of times and with great difficulty were able to keep a place in the elite. The next season was more successful, Tskhadadze was fixed in the base, and his "Dynamo" no longer struggled for survival, finishing in 11th place. At this time, Kakhaber Tskhadadze was on the pencil of the coaches of the national team, first of all Anatoly Byshovets, who said: "If you want to play for Euro, go to the team more seriously." Despite the fact that Tskhadadze was already playing for the Georgian national team, he followed the advice of a senior comrade. First went to the viewing in "Benfica". However, he came with an injury, which did not allow himself to be fully demonstrated. Therefore, Kahaber agreed to go to Moscow's "Spartak".

Euro-92

In 1992, Tskhadadze went to the European Championships in Sweden as part of the CIS team. The national team in the first match missed the victory over the Germans. The situation changed with the arrival of the new president David Bernstein, the club quickly returned to the Championship. As a result, in England Tskhadadze spent 3 seasons, leaving the team only in 2000. True, during this time on the field Kahaber was a rare guest, although for the defender often scored. In 12 games, he scored twice.

The Tbilisi team lost with a total score of 1: 5.

The following year Tskhadadze headed a modest "Zioni" from the town of Bolnisi. And immediately led the club to the first and so far the only gold of the championship. After winning the second championship of Georgia, Tskhadadze became the best coach of the season.
