Soothing tea. Cooking recipes and effects on the body

The life of most of us is filled with constant stresses, anxieties and unrest. All this leads to rapid fatigue. Many people feel exhausted even in the morning. In order to avoid this unpleasant phenomenon, you need to put in order the nervous system. A great assistant in this matter is calming tea. This tool, along with the correct regime of the day, yoga and auto-training, will always be in a perfect mood.

Soothing tea is a natural, simple, pleasant remedy that helps to relax. In addition, it has a mild effect on the body. It will help get rid of increased nervousness, irritability, insomnia and nervous exhaustion.

There are many popular recipes for the preparation of such sedatives. Below are the most popular of them.

Soothing tea can be prepared in the following way: mix fifty grams of valerian root and as many cones of hops, then pour the resulting product with a glass of freshly boiled water, then let it brew for at least twenty minutes. To drink such a drug is recommended for half a glass twice a day, or one glass before going to bed.

You can also mix the root of valerian and mint peppermint in equal proportions (each plant is fifty grams). The resulting product, filled with a glass of freshly boiled water, should be insisted for half an hour, and then strain through a sieve (you can use gauze) and take half a glass twice a day. In such a collection you can add dill or anise.

One of the most common is the following recipe: mix 50 grams of Leonurus's herb, the same amount of valerian root and melissa herb. The resulting mass should be poured one glass of boiling water and leave to infuse for twenty minutes, then strain. Use a drink is recommended for one teaspoon before eating three times a day.

Tea that calms the nervous system can also be prepared in this way: in a mixture of green tea, hop cones and herbaceous leaves of the motherwort (all ingredients in 1 teaspoonful) add a little honey and pour about 200 ml of boiling water. The resulting mass is cooled and drained, consumed half the glass three times a day.

For children, the following recipe is used: mix 50 grams of chamomile and the same amount of herb oregano and lemon balm. The resulting mass should be poured a glass of boiling water and leave for fifteen minutes, then strain through gauze. To give such tea to the child it is possible on some tea spoons (from one up to three, depending on age) three times a day during meal.

Another way to prepare a soothing drink for the youngest ones is to mix a tablespoon of fennel fruits, peppermint (leaves) and chamomile flowers. Then pour 50 milliliters of steep boiling water and hold in a water bath for at least twenty minutes. The resulting mass must be filtered and given on a teaspoon twice a day or just before bedtime.

All the collections of plant origin have a sufficiently strong effect on the human nervous system. That is why it is so important not to exceed the recommended dosages and take into account the possible individual intolerance of one of the components. Soothing teas are recommended to take no more than three weeks. One-time use of such natural product is also allowed, if necessary.

If there is no time for cooking, you can get a soothing tea in the pharmacy. One such remedy is the sedative collection "Altai healer". It helps to cope with irritability, anxiety, insomnia. This tea combines a fortifying and antidepressant effect. In its composition there is a motherwort, hops, chamomile and valerian. These components perfectly perform a soothing function without harm to health.
