Usually the time interval from cutting ingredients to presentation takes about half an hour.

The composition of treats can include meat or fish, vegetables, cheese, greens. The word "saute" comes from saute, which in French means "jump". The whole point is that the food components are cooked constantly in the skillet during cooking. At the same time, they can not interfere with the spatula, otherwise the vegetables will be allowed to juice and the dish will not be so delicious.

Sautéed chicken with eggplant

The prepared dish turns out to be very satisfying, since the violet vegetable entering into its composition is susceptible to preliminary frying in breadcrumbs or flour. Such a chicken saute , the recipe of which is rather simple and understandable to every hostess, is not a shame to serve dinner for household members or coveted guests for a dinner party. All you need is a chicken breast, eggplants, tomatoes, zucchini and cloves of garlic (all in 2 pieces).

To begin with, the meat of the bird is cut into cubes, the rest of the ingredients - circles. Garlic rubbed on grater. Eggplant for half an hour soaked in water - so it will be possible to remove the bitterness that is inherent in the vegetable. At this time, in a frying pan, melt some butter, fry onion and garlic. Add the chicken fillet. When the meat has found a golden crust, attach to it tomatoes and zucchini. Meanwhile, in a separate frying pan fry eggplant in a breadcrumb, then add them to the saute. Fill a dish with a small amount of broth, salt and pepper to taste and stew under the lid, periodically shaking the contents of the frying pan. We serve hot.

With olives and cheese

This sauté from the chickens is juicy and bright. For its preparation, it is advisable to buy olives without pits. Add seasonings recommended cautiously, because among the ingredients already have salted foods. You will need: half a hen, a sprig of rosemary, a few cloves of garlic. And also a bank of olives, tomatoes in its own juice (500 ml), any soft cheese or brynza (200 g), meat broth (250 ml).

The meat is cut into small pieces. In a frying pan, melt 50 grams of butter and add to it rosemary. When the twig gives an aroma, put two laurel leaves and rubbed garlic in a container. Then gently spread the chicken and fry it until half cooked. From tomatoes in a blender we make a homogeneous mass and fill this liquid with meat. Add to the fragrant sauce broth and spices. When it is almost ready, attach whole olives and cheese, cut into cubes. A ready dish, like any other sauté from chicken, can be served along with a side dish: pasta or potatoes.

Wine recipe

This is an ordinary saute of vegetables with chicken. The difference is one: thanks to the wine and the seasoning of curry it turns out to be sweet, while giving a barely perceptible sourness. Before the process of cooking we stock up with such components: chicken breast, colorful Bulgarian pepper (one piece of red, yellow and green), tomato, stalk of leek, different seasonings. You will also need a teaspoon of curry and one tablespoon of wine: it's better if it's white semisweet.

Cut the meat and pepper into identical pieces, onions - thin rings. Tomato we shall fill with boiling water and remove from it a peel, we cut tomato into small pieces. First, fry the bird in a frying pan, then add the leeks, tomato and pepper. We pour in the wine. When the excess liquid evaporates, season the dish with a small amount of tomato paste and broth, seasonings and spices. Quench until fully cooked. This saute is very relish with white rice or pasta. You can eat as an independent dish, laying it in portions in small plates.

Sautéed chicken with mushrooms

The dish is mouth-watering and very tasty. If you want to pamper them household members, buy in the store 500 grams of chicken meat, 200 grams of ceps, four tomatoes. The kitchen should also have flour, prepared broth, tomato paste, onion, parsley, pepper and salt. We cut the bird cubes, crumble in flour and fry in butter. In a separate tank we prepare mushrooms, cut into plates.

Finely chop the onions and tomatoes in a pan with chicken. Slightly extinguishing, attach to them tomato paste and broth: it should cover the meat completely. Top spread the fried mushrooms and stew for about 20 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
