Salad with canned peach, chicken and cheese

The taste of this puff lettuce will not leave indifferent any of your guests. For its preparation, take:

  • 1 can (425 ml) of canned peaches;
  • 1 can (425 ml) of canned champignons;
  • 100 grams of hard cheese (any);
  • 200-250 g of chicken (can turkey) meat;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • Approximately 300 g of mayonnaise;
  • 1 head of onions;
  • Vinegar, salt, sugar (for marinating onions).

Cook the chicken meat (do not forget to add water) and tear with your hands. Peaches, mushrooms, as well as boiled eggs, cut into cubes. Grate the cheese on a grater (preferably a large one). Onion chop and marinate. To prepare the marinade, mix the vinegar and water (1: 1), roll a pinch of salt and sugar. Prepared foods lay on the dish layers in this order: pickled onion, meat, eggs, mayonnaise, mushrooms, peaches, mayonnaise, grated cheese. If desired, the dish can be decorated on top of green onions or olives.

Salad with shrimp

  • 150 g of canned peaches;
  • Half a head of Peking cabbage;
  • 200 g of shrimp (uncleaned);
  • 150 g of green beans;
  • Mayonnaise, pepper, salt to taste.

Shrimp boil for one minute in boiling salted water and after it has cooled, clean. Beans also boil in salted water until soft and cut into large pieces. Pistulate cabbage. Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, add halves of peaches and season with mayonnaise. Also do not forget to add pepper and salt to taste.

Salad with canned peach and cucumber

Light, colorful and useful salad necessarily have to taste to those who do not like mayonnaise. The following products will be required for preparation:

  • 250 g of canned peaches;
  • 4 fresh cucumbers;
  • Half a green hot pepper;

To prepare the sauce in a separate bowl, mix the butter, mustard, lemon juice, peach syrup to a homogeneous state, add the green pepper and beat the mixture with a blender. Serve the salad immediately after preparation.

Salad-appetizer in peaches

Very tasty and easy enough to prepare a snack, which will be the original decoration of the festive table. You will need these ingredients:

  • 1 can of peaches (850 ml);
  • 3 tbsp. Lies. Corn;
  • 1 chicken fillet;
  • mayonnaise;
  • Green onions.
