Salad of beets and carrots

This salad is very nutritious and easily digestible.

We need: half a glass of dry beans, one boiled beet, a large pickled cucumber, some vegetable oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.

Preparation

Half a cup of beans put in a cup, pour cold water and leave for eight hours. After that, drain the water, put the beans in a saucepan and put it on the fire. How to boil, remove the foam, salt and cook for about half an hour.
Boiled beets are cleaned, cut into strips, put into a cup, poured with vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix everything, add beans and cucumber cubes.
The salad is ready for use.

Salad of beets and herring

Necessary ingredients: three salted herrings, onions, two boiled potatoes, one boiled beet, three pickled cucumbers, one apple, not much mayonnaise, pepper, salt to taste.

Preparation

Herring is peeled from the skin and bones, thoroughly washed and cut into small slices.
We clean the onion and shred the small half rings.
Welded potatoes are cleaned and cut into cubes. Similarly we do with apple and pickled cucumbers.
We put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, pepper, salt, sprinkle with dill and cover with a lid to let the salad soak.
After, add the mayonnaise and mix well.

Delicate beet salad with herring

For the preparation of salad we need: three pieces of salted herring fillets , one large onion, four boiled eggs, two boiled beets and a little mayonnaise.
