Cold snacks are usually set at a maximum of half an hour before the start of the celebration, so that the cuts do not have time to become worn and lose their appearance. It is advisable that the snacks and decoration of the festive tables be sustained in a single concept. They should be placed in different parts of the table, alternating between different species. Bread is sliced before serving and produced together with the main dish.
