Scientific organization of labor as a means of increasing productivity

When the organization of labor is based on the use of advanced experience and the achievements of science in favor of personnel, this concept is called as the scientific organization of labor. In such an organization there is a constant improvement of various interactions with workers and with technical means.

There are several goals in the scientific organization of labor: to increase labor productivity and preserve the health of workers. The main task for enterprise management should be to ensure the maximum profit of the entrepreneur. In another way, the scientific organization of labor can be explained as a set of measures that are aimed at achieving the best results while reducing the expenditure of forces and time. This improvement is achieved through the use of advanced experience and scientific achievements. On the basis of experience, workers of such an organization as the scientific organization of labor, determine the indicators that are necessary for effective work. This can be, for example, the best area of a place to work, a period of time for work, a standard of rest time for workers, and others.

The scientific organization of labor was known back in the 1920s, during this period it was necessary to restore the economy and industry that were destroyed after the war. But after the organization of labor was forgotten, but now the scientific organization of the labor of personnel is flourishing again. All employers are very interested in getting the best return with the least cost. And the scientific organization of labor offers a solution to this problem in three directions:

  2. Psychophysiological - is the provision of optimal working conditions for the moral qualities of workers. In this paragraph, we mean the provision of comfortable jobs, the availability of cozy rooms, flowers and air conditioners, paintings and furniture for production. Also, the psycho-physiological point provides a separate room for various negotiations or important meetings.
  3. Social is the provision of such working conditions for employees so that they feel respect and care. This paragraph indicates the presence of the employee to enjoy working in this company, and he did not want to leave this job. Here we mean corporate parties, free lunches, vouchers, trips to nature, gifts for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays for employees and their children, interest-free loans and loans, and other all sorts of solutions.

In practice, it is confirmed, and scientifically proved, that the scientific organization of labor significantly increases the effect of employee productivity.
