The Russians, however, are focused and gloomy, and their smiles are sincere. True, we are already learning pre-programmed courtesy. What is there to do? Such are the realities ... If you do not smile, then it will not be easy to sell, both services and goods.

I would not want the reader to conclude that the Russians are better than Americans, because they are more honest, because they do not smile for no reason, they need an excuse. It is not necessary to think so. The absence or presence of a smiling face on the face is just a national feature or a cost to the profession.
