A few unspoken rules, which involves a corporate party

A person spends the lion's share of his life at work. There are strictly assigned responsibilities, a clear framework is established, so the team simply needs corporate events. Parties allow employees to relax, to look at each other with different eyes. The tendencies are such that the heads of companies and enterprises try to organize not just a banquet in a restaurant, but to arrange the most interesting, original and memorable celebration. Corporate party is called to rally the collective, holding such holidays allows employees to feel confident in the stability of the company. In addition, joint pastime contributes to the improvement of the corporate spirit, relieving nervous tension among employees, detente in the team, and the development of the creative potential of employees.

Do not forget that, as a rule, a corporate party is not only an excuse to have a good time with colleagues, but also a kind of verification of leadership. The chief necessarily observes the behavior of his subordinates and draws certain conclusions. There are even unspoken rules that need to be taken into account.

So, for example, absence at a holiday can be regarded by colleagues as disrespect. Opinion about yourself later will be difficult to change. Another important point is choosing a suit. It is worth to approach it with all responsibility. You can not choose too extravagant outfits, because they can cause ridicule, gossip. A strict official suit is also out of place, as a corporate party is an evening in an informal setting. In other words, when choosing an apparel, you must follow the rule of the golden mean.

The same rule applies to alcoholic beverages. Try everything in a row is not worth it, but completely refuse to drink properly, because colleagues will be wary of those who do not drink at the time of entertainment.

If there is a desire to congratulate colleagues with whom good and even friendly relations have developed, then one should not do this for everyone, because someone who does not get a present can be offended. It is wrong to buy some expensive gift, it can put colleagues in an uncomfortable position, as often on holidays such as March 8, February 23, New Year and others, most people are stocked with inexpensive trinkets.

Nobody will be happy if the corporate party turns into a production meeting, so in no case can you solve some working issues and do not talk about work at all.

It is interesting that the British newspaper titled "The Telegraph" carried out research, the object of which were corporate holidays. 37% of respondents did not want to visit parties with colleagues, 20% flirted with their colleagues with pleasure, 6% witnessed the dismissal of colleagues, 8% wrote a statement of their own free will. Some swore with the boss, and 19% noted that without the bosses the holiday would have been much better.
