Delicious cutlets from pork: cook at home

One of the most popular and favorite meat dishes are pork cutlets with the addition of beef or chicken. Prepare them in different interpretations and with different products: nuts, cheese, crackers, butter, dried fruits. In any form they are tasty. They can be served both on ordinary and on public holidays. Cutlets are perfectly combined with fresh herbs, vegetables and boiled potatoes. For fans of this delicacy we offer interesting recipes.

Pork cutlets in Kiev with filling

This is a real restaurant dish, which you can prepare yourself from simple ingredients. A set of products per kilogram of pork meat: two eggs, onions, flour (100 g). For marinade: vegetable oil (50 ml), spices (to taste) and garlic (3 slices). For the filling: champignons (200 g), prunes (200 g), cheese (100 g), mayonnaise (50 g), garlic (2 cloves).

To prepare juicy cutlets from pork, it is necessary to buy fresh cuttings, to cut into small portions and discourage. We make marinade from the above products and lay meat in it for 3 hours. In the meantime, we will make a filling - there will be two. The first - from fried champignons and cheese, and the second - with prunes and cheese. If you want, you can use other components. But the mandatory ingredient should be cheese, which will give a creamy taste.

For the pickled pieces we spread the fillings. Carefully turn off into rolls - if not fastened, then you can use toothpicks. Each roll must be rolled in flour, and then in a whipped egg with mayonnaise. Spread on the heated frying pan with a seam down and fry under the lid on both sides. Ready cutlets from pork are laid on the leaves of a green salad and served with boiled cauliflower.

Classic cutlets

Composition:

  • Half a kilogram of pork;
  • slice of bread;
  • egg;
  • A little butter;
  • bow;
  • garlic;
  • Rice (250 g);
  • Sour cream (10 g);
  • breadcrumbs;
  • salt pepper;
  • Broth (100 g) tomato paste (20 g);
  • Cilantro (bun).

Pork minced with fried onion, boiled rice and pre-soaked bread (preferably white). We drive the egg, pepper, salt and mix well - we make oval cutlets. Next, we roll in breadcrumbs and send them to a hot pan.

Fried cutlets are placed in a roasting dish, poured in broth, sauce from sour cream and tomato paste, then we spend 15 minutes in the oven. Here are the natural pork cutlets from us. Top with cilantro and serve with potatoes. The dish is very high-calorie (380 kcal per 100 g) therefore people who are on a diet are not recommended to eat it - although it is difficult to resist.

Chopped cutlets from pork

Ingredients:

  • A pound of selected pork;
  • Mustard (5 g);
  • Garlic, onion;
  • egg;
  • Flour (100 g);
  • Pepper black, salt;
  • Cheese (200 g).

Thoroughly wash the meat and cut into very small straws. This occupation will take a lot of time, but the result is worth it. Chopped meatballs, cooked in this way, retain all the juiciness inside. For tenderness and piquancy add mustard - leave in the refrigerator for an hour.

Mix the meat with onion, garlic, egg and grated cheese. Season with spices and form round cutlets, then dip them into flour and fry them. To make them more lean, you can mix several varieties of meat - chicken and pork. Try and enjoy!
