It would seem that there is complicated? In fact, the taste of the baked product depends on how tight the package was, so it is very important to properly form the seams, so that all the juice is left inside, and not spread over the baking tray and burned.

It is important to choose a suitable type of foil, it should not be too thin, as it easily tears and sticks to the food. Therefore, if there is only a foil of 8-9 microns in the household, then it should be doubled before wrapping the products. By the way, put the product for baking should be on its shiny side, and not on matte, so the dish will cook faster.

So, how to cook meat in foil? Firstly, it is worthwhile to understand that pork is the best for baking a piece. When using beef, the result can be disappointing. But if you plan to bake thin pieces (such as chops), then you can use young beef.
