The classic recipe for a solyanka in the multivark

The following products will be required:

  • Meat ingredients (sausages, ham, chicken, smoked, boiled sausages and everything that is at your disposal);
  • Chicken or meat broth - 3 liters;
  • Recurve onion - 2 pieces;
  • Sunflower oil - 50 g;
  • Salted cucumber (or capers) - 2-4 pieces;
  • Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons;
  • Pepper sweet Bulgarian - 1-2 pcs .;
  • Carrots - half large or whole small;
  • Tomato paste - 3 tablespoons;
  • Olives and lemon.

Multivark set to the function "Baking". We pour vegetable oil into the bowl. In it, fry sliced carrots and onions. After 5 minutes, add cucumber and pepper, previously cut into small pieces. A little more frying. All the meat ingredients are cut into pieces of medium size (as usual on soup) and add to the vegetables. We fill everything with tomato paste. Everything is fried for about 5 minutes. Then we pour all the products with broth, salt, pepper and run the multivark for 1 hour. The function is "quenching". After a specified time you will get an excellent and fragrant soup, in which before serving you need to add olives, lemon, greens and sour cream.

This is a meat recipe for saltwort. In the multivarquet, you can also prepare a fish hodgepodge, replacing the meat ingredients with fish (trout, salmon) and using fish broth.

Georgian recipe for saltwort in a multivariate

Georgian saltwort is perfect for lovers of spicy dishes.

Ingredients:

  • Beef - 300 g;
  • Onions - 3 pcs .;
  • Tomatoes -1 pc .;
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
  • Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
  • Salted cucumber - 2-4 pieces;
  • Greens: coriander, parsley, dill;
  • Seasonings: ground coriander, red pepper, hops-suneli, garlic, salt.

Beef cut into small pieces (about 1 cm), put it in a bowl, fill it with water and hold on to the function of "quenching" for 30 minutes. At the end of the program, the broth is drained, the beef is temporarily put off. Turn on the function of "baking", pour oil on the bottom of the bowl and fry pre-cut 2 onions. When the onion is salvaged, send the tomato to it, finely chopping it before it, and tomato paste. A little more frying all together. Then came the turn of boiled beef. Add it to the vegetables. And then we send there the sliced salted cucumber. Fill with broth. He must cover all the products. The mode of multivark - "quenching", time - 1 hour. While everything is ready, chop the remaining onion, bell pepper, garlic. 5 minutes before the end of the program, add these vegetables to the hodgepodge. We fill with spices.
