When filling the dishes with water, make sure that the level of the latter does not reach the top of the jars by two centimeters. Fire select a small intensity. After the gradual boiling and the beginning of a slow "gurgling", time. For liter jars of thirty minutes will be enough. Then remove the glass containers from the pan and roll them up. Turn it upside down and wrap it in a thick cloth.
