Fried patties with egg and green onions - it's delicious

In the bowl, beat the egg and butter (the butter should be softened), as well as the sugar that we left, and salt. Then you should add the ready-made yeast with milk. Next, take a large bowl, pour the flour there (about two and a half glasses), make a funnel in the middle and fill our mix. Everything is ready to mix the dough! We proceed to it. Add the vegetable oil there and knead for at least ten minutes. If the mass is liquid, then gradually add flour. The dough should not be stuffed, but elastic. Having mixed up, put it for 1.5 hours in some warm place, let it stand.
With the test figured out, now proceed to the filling! If we want to make fried egg patties, we take six eggs and boil them hard, 3 onions (green), vegetable oil (about 6 tablespoons) and salt to taste. Our vegetable, we wash, finely chop, salt and squeeze lightly. Eggs are cleaned, cut into cubes, but not too coarse. Then they must be mixed with onion, a little vegetable oil. That's it, the filling is ready.
