Recipe "Soup with meatballs" in two versions

Do not know what to make for lunch? Or are you tired of the monotonous first dishes? Then you will need the original recipe "Soup with meatballs" with photos of the resulting dishes. Description of the preparation is offered in two versions. The first recipe refers to the Azerbaijani cuisine and is based on the use of strong mutton broth. Following the second method, you will get an original thick first course, for preparation of which the Spanish recipe is applied. Soup with meatballs differs rich color and amazing taste. Regardless of the way of preparation, the meat "filling" will provide the satiety, which will make a rich dish both the first and the second.

The first recipe. Soup with meatballs - the necessary ingredients

For broth:

- bones of sheep;

- one onion;

- two tablespoons of rice;

- four potatoes;

- one tomato;

- one egg;

- parsley;

- salt.

For meatballs:

- pulp of lamb - 600 g;

- two onions;

- two tablespoons of rice;

- parsley;

- Dried plums without pits;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

The first recipe: soup with meatballs - the order of actions

  1. Bones chop the kitchen hat in small parts, pour cold water and put it on the fire. When boiling from the broth, carefully remove the foam.
  2. After an hour of cooking, remove the bones from the soup and strain the broth. With a thorough collection of foam, this is not necessary.
  3. In the liquid, pour the chopped potatoes and onion, cook until the half-preparedness of the vegetables.
  4. Cut the tomato finely and put it in boiling soup. Also add the pic.
  5. Flesh of mutton and onion twist with meat mincer, mix with rice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Mince the batter to homogeneity.
  6. Forming meatballs, in the middle of each put one dried plum.
  7. Put the meat balls into the boiling soup. Do not disturb at once, so as not to damage the meatballs. Only after boiling, turn gently with a spoon in the liquid, lifting the meatballs from the bottom. Salt to taste and cook for ten minutes.
  8. Finished soup sprinkle with herbs and season with a raw egg.

The second recipe is "Soup with meatballs": the composition of products

- two potatoes;

- bulb;

- four tomatoes;

- a teaspoon of tomato paste;

- two tablespoons of flour;

- 500 g of porcine pulp;

- a tablespoon of rice;

- two tablespoons of vegetable oil;

- ground pepper;

- 100 g of macaroni products (large);

- two cloves of garlic;

- Dried spices (basil, oregano, sweet pepper).

How to cook soup with meatballs: recipe 2

  1. Cut potatoes into cubes and fill with water. Cook until done, a little salted.
  2. Finely chop the onions and then fry in oil. Pour tomatoes and tomato paste into the frying pan. Pour in the flour and whisk carefully with a fork until smooth and thick. Fry the sauce until the liquid boils off.
  3. Pour the tomato sauce into the soup.
  4. Meat twist through a meat grinder, add rice, salt and pepper. Form the minced balls, and then dip them into the boiling liquid.
  5. After boiling, cook for ten minutes. After that, pour the pasta and continue cooking for the same amount of time.
  6. Thick soup-puree salt to taste, sprinkle with herbs and aromatic spices.
  7. Serve hot, putting a little chopped garlic in each plate.
