Unfortunately, honeysuckle is not a very common berry, so, despite the large amount of nutrients, it is not easy to buy it on the market. Due to the rather specific sour taste, it is very problematic to use it in fresh form, it is especially difficult to feed children. And what can you cook from the honeysuckle delicious, knows not every mistress. In fact, in order to make any sour berry tasty, it is enough to sweeten it. But it is better to do this not with the help of sugar, but adding something useful, for example, honey or curd mass. If there is enough time and desire to tinker around in the kitchen, you can bake a cake with honeysuckle. It is made from sand, curd or yeast dough. With fillings, you can also dream up.

About the benefits of this dish you can talk for a long time, it's just a storehouse of vitamins, and even the calcium contained in the curd. True, like all flour, the dish is quite high-calorie, but with moderate use of great harm to the figure it will not bring.

In addition to honeysuckle, you can prepare such a pie with raspberries, currants or any other berries. But if it is more sentimental, then it is better to sip the sugar into the filling a little less. To make a dough, you need a glass of flour, a bag of baking powder, 2 eggs, a quarter of a glass of milk, as much vegetable oil and sugar, and 150 grams of cottage cheese. The filling is prepared from a glass of fresh berries, 300 g of sour cream, 100 g of sugar, 2 eggs and a bag of vanillin. To make it thicker, you can add a spoonful of starch.

For the test, the eggs are mixed with sugar and added to them ground cottage cheese. Then, milk, butter, baking powder, sifted flour is sent there and kneaded with a soft dough, which is placed in the refrigerator for the time of filling, not forgetting to wrap it with a film. After that, the dough is rolled out and placed in a separable form, oiled.

To make the filling, sour cream is beaten with sugar and eggs, add vanillin and starch, mix and pour it into the mold with the dough. Berries decorate the cake from above, laying them out arbitrarily. Bake a pie with honeysuckle in a moderately hot oven for 50-60 minutes. Serve it better in a warm form, but it will also be quite good for the cooled.

Variant with curd filling

Another useful and uncomplicated recipe involves preparing a filling of cottage cheese with honeysuckle. The test is the same as usual sand, which is quite appropriate for such fillers. It is kneaded from a glass of flour, eggs, half a pack of butter, 100 g of sugar and add a teaspoon of baking powder. For a filling of half a kilo of cottage cheese you need 2 cups of honeysuckle, 2 eggs, 100 g of sugar, half a glass of sour cream, vanillin.

The dough is prepared by sifting the dry ingredients, rinsing them with soft oil and combining it with an egg. Then it is put in a cold place and proceed to the filling. Cottage cheese is mixed with sour cream, sugar, vanillin and eggs, whipping the mass with a blender. Berries need to be washed and put on a towel to dry. The dough is distributed in a split form, filled with stuffing and spread on top of the berries. Then the workpiece is put in the cold for half an hour and baked in the oven for about 40 minutes. Give the pie with honeysuckle cooled with tea, hot chocolate or coffee.
