Sour cream pie with raspberries

We need: a few eggs and a glass of sugar - pour everything into the mixer and beat well, then add to this lush mass 200 g of sour cream, a pack of baking powder, vanillin, 100 g of vegetable oil. Once again mix and enter 200 g of flour, the dough should turn out the consistency of thick sour cream.

Lubricate the butter with a mold or baking sheet and pour out a portion of the dough there. On it we spread raspberries with a dense layer and cover with the remaining test. On the top layer again we spread raspberry - we bake about half an hour. The pie is ready for use. Bon Appetit!

Roll the dough out. We bake the cake in the heated cabinet no more than half an hour. When the cake is baked, it is necessary that it cool. The cooled cake is cut into three equal parts.

We make the custard: in 200 grams of warm milk, we gradually mix two tablespoons of flour and sugar, put this mass on the fire and, stirring, let it thicken. To interfere with the cream should be evenly, without ceasing, in order not to form lumps, and our cream was uniform.

When the cream is slightly cool, add to it whipped cream with butter and vanillin, beat in a blender. Each part of the cake is coated with cream and raspberry powder, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

To make this light and fresh pie, you need about 1 kg of cottage cheese (you can skim), it needs to be beaten in a blender. The next step: we intervene in the curd mass 3 eggs, starch 10 grams, semolina (20 g), vanillin, sugar, lemon zest - stir.

On a greased and slightly sprinkled form uniformly put the mixture on top and lay berries of raspberries. Bake for no more than an hour.

Cake with raspberries and chocolate

Composition:

  • 7 eggs;
  • Bitter chocolate - half a kilogram;
  • Butter 200 g;
  • Flour 200 gr;
  • 30% cream half a glass;
  • Raspberries (can be frozen);
  • Vanillin, sugar;
  • Crimson jam of 30 gr.

Preparation

For the dough, prepare two identical shapes. Chocolate to melt - better in a water bath. Slightly chilling, stirring, stirring egg yolks.

Then beat the softened butter with vanillin and sugar until lush foam. In this mixture, gently pour the chocolate cream and, whilst continuing to beat, pour in the flour.

Proteins whisk carefully whisk or mixer, gradually adding sugar. Then beat the whipped proteins together with the chocolate dough. It can be poured into shapes and put in the oven for 40 minutes. After the cakes are baked, let them cool right in the molds.

Cooking cream: put the cream on the fire, as soon as they boil, add chocolate to them. Do not stop stirring, pour into a bowl and cover with a film to prevent crust formation. When the cream is slightly cooled, it will turn into a thick mass.

For the filling: choose beautiful nemyutye berries for decoration, the rest mixed with jam.

We form a cake: every cake is greased with a cream, we put a crimson mass on top of it. Cover the whole cake with chocolate mass carefully. We decorate the cake with raspberry berries and whipped cream.
