In another way, they can be called "lazy vareniki", but this recipe for dumplings is almost the same as usual. Mix the wiped cottage cheese, flour and mango in the proportion 4: 2: 1. Add a couple of eggs, salt, sugar if desired, and a few breadcrumbs. Then the mixture needs to be cooled slightly, for this, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. After this, separating the dough from the total mass with wet hands, we make round balls. Boiling time in boiling water is 15-20 minutes. Serve with jam, condensed milk or sour cream.
