Radish. Recipes for all occasions

Radish is a unique plant, about which for hundreds of years legends have been composed, they write poems, and come up with riddles. Folk wisdom has glorified it in proverbs and sayings, but for the most part the word sounds with negative coloring. And completely in vain. The sharp bitter taste of this root causes appetite, juice is useful for digestion, and radish dishes have an unforgettable taste.

From it you can cook soups, second courses, salads, snacks. It is important to choose from a variety of varieties (white, black, pink, margelan, daikon ...) that one will have to taste. Let's try to cook a whole dinner from this root.

So, the white radish. Recipes offer to cook soup from it, add to soups.

For soup with radish and beef, the following products are required:

  • Beef tenderloin - 200 g
  • Radish white - 200 g
  • Bow head
  • Garlic - 3 teeth
  • Soy sauce - spoon
  • Spices, herbs

Begin to cook the classic broth from meat with onions. When there is very little meat left until the meat is ready, put the radish cut into several pieces into the broth. For those who do not eat meat, prepare a sweet salad of radish, carrots and cheese. What is most suitable for a radish, recipes do not specify: it all depends on personal taste preferences. We take equal amounts of these products, rub it on a large grater, fill it with taste: yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise. Be sure to add spices: cumin, pepper, salt. The sweeter the cheese and carrots, the more refined the taste of the salad.

Fans of piquant flavors can dress grated radish with honey, cranberry juice, mix with apples, pears, other fruits. An excellent snack for vodka, infused on herbs, is a black radish with apples and sauerkraut, dressed with oil.

Got fed? It remains to prepare drinks, which are based on the same radish. Their recipes are also diverse.

For a tomato drink in a blender, the radish and apple are ground. Add a little sugar, salt, pepper (not necessarily), mixed with tomato juice. Such a drink can be diluted with mineral water, or you can drink undiluted.

Do not like tomato juice? Then we prepare yogurt with radish. Blend the green onions, sweet radish, salt, dilute with yogurt or whey.

Then you will have to prepare a magic drink, exciting potency. Mix the finely chopped apple with the black grated radish, add lemon, cinnamon. Fill half a liter of boiling water, insist half an hour. We take out the radish and apple, pour lemon again, salt, put a little honey, fill with yoghurt. It turned out a spicy salad, which you can try on a romantic date. Drink cool, serve on the table in high glasses with ice.
