But all these species are valuable objects of the fishery. And in the countries where they are caught, they are very popular. In the first place, the taste qualities of Congreo are appreciated. Their meat is considered dietary and has no small bones. Even in this meat, a lot of vitamins, fats and minerals. This set of healing elements promotes the improvement of metabolism in the body and stimulates gastric secretion. Especially useful is shrimp fish for those who are struggling with excess weight.

And when in the countries trading with this fish, the catch turns out to be quite large, then its part goes for export. The congress is also entering the Russian market. Here it can be bought in the form of a fillet or in the form of a frozen carcass. But buying a congress is only half the battle. We still need to know how to cook shrimp fish. And here there are great horizons for culinary creativity. It can be boiled, fried, smoked and baked. Some gourmets like it cooked for a couple. And the Japanese use kongrio in their raw form as part of sashimi. Not only meat, but also the liver of shrimp fish is also valued. By its taste and tenderness, it excels the liver of a chicken.

Many housewives love to bake fish. A shrimp fish in the oven with mustard sauce is done quickly and without any exotic ingredients. It will require:

  • One carcass of Kongrio;
  • One glass of cream;
  • One onion;
  • A bunch of dill;
  • One tablespoon of mustard;
  • A pinch of nutmeg;
  • butter.

Preparation:

The carcass should be separated from the bones and cut into pieces suitable for servings. Then it should be put in deep dishes and salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice. A shrimp fish and potatoes are also a good option. Especially for the preparation of this dish you need a minimum of ingredients:

  • One carcass of Kongrio;
  • Three potatoes;
  • butter;
  • Cumin and salt.

Preparation:

Fish should be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and cut into several parts. Potatoes should also be cleaned, washed and cut large. Then the potatoes and fish should be put in a form in which they will be baked. They need to be poured with oil, season with salt and mix thoroughly. Another potato is poured with cumin. Then place the form in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. As fish and potatoes dry up, they need to be sprinkled with oil. The butter can be taken creamy, but it is possible and a vegetable mix.

Delicious turns kongrio and with tomatoes. To prepare such a dish, you will need:

  • Shrimp fish - 800 grams;
  • five tomatoes;
  • Half a lemon;
  • Vegetable oil - 100 grams;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • Pepper, parsley and salt.

Preparation:

Congrido clean, rinse, dry with a napkin and cut into portions. Then it should be poured with lemon juice and to taste and salt and pepper. Tomatoes are also washed and scalded with boiling water. This will help to peel them carefully. And the remaining pulp should be cut into mugs and also pepper and salt to taste. Parsley is also washed and finely chopped. Then in the baking dish, you have to lay out pieces of fish and tomatoes in several layers. All this is watered with vegetable oil, sprinkled with breadcrumbs and parsley. It is advisable to preheat the oven to 200 degrees and shove the shape with the fish. It is baked for no more than 25 minutes.
