Before the summer comes, I want to cook something new and unusual. Even the simplest potatoes in pots can turn an ordinary dinner into a feast. The dishes presented in this article are prepared from ordinary products, but their combination is very unusual and colorful in appearance.

Potatoes in pots with vegetables

Ingredients:

Pepper Bulgarian - 250 g;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Carrots - a couple of pieces;

Mushrooms - 200 g;

Potatoes - about 1 kg;

Meat - 400 g;

Cheese - 160 g;

Mayonnaise;

Ketchup, pepper, salt;

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Then rinse the mushrooms (you can use champignons) and cut them. Then fry lightly in a frying pan. Now cut the meat, pepper, onion slices. Carrot and cheese rubbed on a grater. All products are mixed, sprinkled with salt, pepper, pour mayonnaise and add greens. We mix everything thoroughly. Now put in pots and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees. It is very important that the meat is cut into small pieces, since large pieces can be badly scraped.

Potatoes in pots with chicken

Ingredients (calculated for 4 persons):

Chicken meat (you can use fillets) - 0.5 kg;

Potatoes - 11 pieces;

Mushrooms (champignons) - 250 g;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Carrots - a pair of pieces;

Cheese - 220 g;

Sour cream;

Spices, salt;

To begin with, chop the chicken into cubes, then fry until half-ready for vegetable oil. Separately fry the onions. We rub the carrots on the grater. Potatoes cut into cubes, and champignons cut into quarters. Now put the ingredients in the pots layers. First meat, then onions, carrots, mushrooms, potatoes. In this case, each layer sprinkled with a small amount of salt and seasonings to taste. On top, put a spoonful of sour cream and pour a little more than half of the pot. Bake until done at 190 degrees. Before serving, sprinkle with greens and grated cheese.

Products:

Pork - 0.8 kg;

Potatoes - up to 1 kg;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Carrots - not more than 200 g;

Tomato paste - a couple of spoons;

Greenery;

Pepper, salt;

Vegetable oil;

Water

Pork should be washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Now lightly beat off and sprinkle salt, pepper. Onions and carrots need to be cleaned and washed, then grate the carrots on a grater. Cut the onions into pieces. Now the vegetables are fried over a small fire until a golden crust is formed on the onion. Then add pieces of meat. Now add the tomato paste and stew for about 18 minutes.

While meat with vegetables is stewed, it is necessary to peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Now put it on a frying pan and fry until golden brown. Then we put the potatoes in pots, and on top - the brawny meat with vegetables. Now cover each pot with a lid, place in the oven and cook for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. Sprinkle with green before serving.

Potatoes in pots: a recipe with mushrooms and meat

Products:

Potatoes - 0.8 kg;

Champignons - 0.5 kg;

Pork - 300 g;

Onion - a pair of pieces;

Vegetable oil;

Dill greens;

Sour cream;

Garlic - a pair of lobules;

Laurel leaf;

Peel the potatoes from the peel, then wash and cut into slices. Mushrooms are also cleaned, washed and cut into small slices. Onion - semirings or rings, and garlic - chop with a knife. Dill greens - finely chopped. Then rinse the pork, dry it and cut into small pieces. Now they need to be fried in vegetable oil before crusting and add onion and pepper.

Put the food in layers. First the meat, then the laurel leaf in each pot. Onions, garlic, then mushrooms and potatoes. All the salt and put on a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with greens. In each pot, pour a little water and put in the oven for an hour. Bake at a temperature of 190 degrees.
