Usually, when you want to pamper yourself with this delicious dish, we go to a pizzeria or order a pizza at home. And only those who in principle love to cook, decide to spend some of their time and cook pizza at home. Actually, there is nothing complicated in this. Pizza with mushrooms and sausage, perhaps, the most common option. Firstly, both products are always at hand, and secondly, pizza is very tasty and satisfying, and thirdly, you do not need to have any supernatural skills for its preparation.

For the preparation we need the following products: four hundred grams of flour, 60 ml of milk and water, thirty grams of sugar, two eggs, twenty grams of yeast, one hundred and fifty grams of butter. As a filling, we will take salted mushrooms in the amount of two hundred grams, one hundred and fifty grams of cheese (what kind of pizza without cheese), as well as three hundred grams of any sausage (smoked, boiled). We also need tomato sauce, its quantity you will determine by personal preferences.

So, pizza with mushrooms and sausage is prepared this way. Yeast is mixed with sugar, add warm water. Mass thoroughly mix and put in a warm place in order to approach the yeast. In a large bowl we pour out the flour, add one whole egg to it, and from the other only the protein (yolk is not thrown away). We pour in the opal that came up, milk. Knead the dough. If the dough does not turn out quite steep, add flour as needed. Dough rolled into a thin layer, grease the last butter (pre-melted and mixed with egg yolk). The dough is again kneaded and leave it alone for a few minutes. We roll once more, we again lubricate with oil, we knead it. We repeat all this two more times. When the last time knead the dough, put it in a warm place for about twenty-five minutes to make it come up.

Ready to put the dough on a baking sheet (or a round plate in the case of baking in a microwave oven), leaving small borderers around the edges (to make it convenient to put stuffing). Lubricate the dough with tomato sauce, do it well with the edges, or they will be dry. Spread evenly salted mushrooms over the sauce, top - sausage. Again, all the oil with tomato sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese (it's best to rub the cheese on a small grater, so it will taste better).

And now attention. If your pizza with mushrooms and sausage will be baked in the oven, you will have to spend some more time. I suggest you bake a pizza in the microwave. Remember that for baking, you need to use special dishes for microwave ovens, for example, glassware. Set an average power level and bake pizza about twenty-five minutes.

In the same way, pizza with mushrooms and cheese can be cooked. It's no wonder that the process will occur without the addition of sausage.

Preparation: Roll the yeast dough, grease it with ketchup. Put the onion on top, it can be pre-lightly fried, but it is not necessary. Spread the onion mushrooms (cut them into thin plates). On top of the same thin plates of tomatoes. We fall asleep all grated cheese. Bake in the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees fifteen minutes.
