In the autumn, when the bulk of the fruit ripens, it's time to bake pies with apples in the oven. There are lots of recipes, each of them is good in its own way. I suggest the following baking recipes.

For pies, the following products will be needed: a bag of milk (500 ml), 400 grams of granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 50 grams of pressed yeast, 100 grams of butter, wheat flour (by the number you orient yourself). For the filling, prepare 1 kg of apples and 1 egg for lubrication.

We will have pies made of yeast dough with apples, so you need to prepare the dough in advance. Milk warms up a little and dissolve the yeast. Half of the norm of sugar is rubbed with eggs (up to a steep foam). In the milk we add softened butter, pour in the eggs and mix everything. Then we introduce flour (it takes so much flour to make the dough look like thick sour cream). We remove it for an hour in a warm place to rise. On this test pies with apples in the oven are baked quickly and deliciously.

We will fill the filling. Apples washed with water, peeled, remove the middle. Cut into small cubes. The filling is ready. There is nothing complicated here.

When the dough is suitable, take a small portion, we form a cake and in the center lay out 2 teaspoons of apples, sprinkle with sugar and form a patty. We put everything on a greased baking sheet. Do not forget to grease the pies with a beaten egg to make an appetizing crust. Bake pies with apples in the oven until cooked. Hot pastries can be smeared with butter and served for tea.

It should be noted that there is not always time to wait for yeast dough, so I suggest a light version of the dough preparation, according to this recipe, the pies with apples in the oven are not less delicious.

For the test, you need wheat flour, a half-butter butter, salt and sugar on a pinch, 100 ml of white table wine. Note that there are no eggs in the recipe. Softened butter mixed with salt and sugar, add wine. Then gradually we mix the flour and get the dough, not very steep. We remove it in the refrigerator for half an hour. While the dough cools, prepare the filling. We need 5 large apples (any, but better sour-sweet), sugar and cinnamon. My apples, peeled and peeled, cut into cubes. Then sprinkle with sugar (if you want sweeter - a rash more) and a pinch of cinnamon. The filling is ready.

We take out our cooled dough, divide it into equal balls, roll it out and center it out. We protect the edges. You can form a triangle, they look like original pies. We send in the oven for half an hour. According to this recipe, the pies turn out to be ruddy, they do not need to be smeared with eggs. By the way, this dough can be stored in the refrigerator (but no more than 3 days) and bake pies as needed. This is very convenient, in my opinion.

The filling can be varied by adding raisins, dried apricots, some berries or other fruits. If desired, they can be fried, but not baked, but it's a matter of taste, someone more baked to taste, and someone loves fried.

By the way, tasty pies with apples from puff pastry are obtained. Of course, it is difficult to prepare it, it is easier to buy it ready in the store. If there is a desire and time you can prepare the dough by yourself, there are many different recipes. And so prepare pies on the same scheme, apples mine, clean, cut out the middle and cut into cubes. The dough is divided into portions, we spread the filling, sprinkle with sugar and patch the edges. From puff pastry pies are baked quickly, so it is better to cut apples finely or grate.
