Sugar and vanillin are halved. The first half will go to the preparation of jelly, the second - to sauce from sour cream. Gelatin is diluted in hot water until complete dissolution. Let's cool a little and combine with yogurt. Stirring, gradually add sugar and vanillin. We put the mass in a mold and put it in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Mix the sour cream with sugar and vanillin, add cognac and continue to whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained, which is also taken away in the refrigerator.

After 6 hours, we take out the jelly mold and put it in hot water for a few seconds (it will be easier to get the jelly from the mold). We take out the jelly and put it in a salad bowl. Top with water sauce (whipped with sugar and cognac sour cream), decorate with fruits and mint leaves.
