Jelly is an incredibly tasty dessert, which also has several bonuses for cooks: simplicity in cooking, cheap price and very low caloric content. And the pleasure in eating is mass. Therefore, we believe that each hostess should adopt a couple of jelly recipes that we will offer. Recipe for "Sour cream jelly" is quite specific taste and is often used as a filling to the legendary cake "Bird's Milk." How to make jelly with sour cream? The recipe of this dish confirms the phrase "all ingenious is simple." A set of ingredients that you need, the following

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 400 gr. Sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. A spoon of rapidly soluble gelatin;
  • 5-6 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 50 ml of water.

For the beginning we process gelatin. To do this, it should be put in a bowl, soak in warm boiled water (the amount of water is determined as follows: gelatin must "drown" in moisture).

In a separate plate we place sour cream. Make sure that it is not greasy. We fall asleep sugar, add a bag of vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Beat on the blender.

Gelatin must be heated. To do this, use either a microwave oven, or put gelatin on a stove. It must completely dissolve under the influence of high temperature.

Then we connect the two liquids obtained: sour and gelatin. Thoroughly mix. Put the jelly in the fridge to cool and froze.

You can use this recipe at any time. Sour cream jelly can be eaten as a dessert if you add sugar there, and as the basis of the jellied dish, if you add salt. Sour cream jelly can be prepared with cocoa on the basis of the following set of products:

  • 600 grams of sour cream;
  • Gelatin - 1 sachet;

As you can see, from the previous recipe, this differs only in the presence of cocoa in its composition. Method of preparation by analogy with the previous recipe, cocoa is added to sour cream at the initial stage. By the way, you can alternate layers. For example, one layer can be white - sour cream jelly, the second layer - brown - with cocoa. It will look very beautiful and unusual. Layers need to be poured in turns. First pour one and let it freeze, then - the second - and again put in the refrigerator to freeze. The third one is exactly the same.

If you want to cook an unusual dish, then this recipe is ideal for you. Sour cream jelly on white wine is done like this: all the ingredients are the same, but instead of water add white wine to the mixture . This jelly is popularly called drunk.

In addition, the ingredients for jelly can be very different. Perfectly suitable for jelly fruit juices: oranges, lemons, kiwi ... But we thought the most original banana jelly. It is prepared from the following products (the amount is calculated per serving for 6 people):

  • Gelatin - 25 grams;
  • Sugar - 75 grams;
  • Banana essence - 1/2 teaspoonful;
  • Condensed milk without sugar - 175 milliliters;
  • Yellow food color, bananas.

Jelly is prepared by analogy with previous recipes. We cut the fruit - bananas, put them on the bottom of the mold to fill evenly. Then pour the jelly into this form. So you get a banana jelly with fruit.

If you do not want to pour fruit, you can not do it - jelly and so will the banana taste thanks to banana essence, but many people say that it becomes more delicious with fruit. This dish can be served on the table with ice cream.
