Cooking: whisk the egg with sugar almost to the consistency of meringue, mix a little softened margarine with this mixture. Cocoa, flour and baking powder is added to this mixture. We put soda, which is extinguished with vinegar. Diligently mix a very steep dough. Spread a little dough into the meat grinder and roll the biscuits. And you can roll it out on the table and cut out unusual shapes.
In a preheated to 180 degree oven, bake our homemade cookies until golden brown.

If you want to surprise your family, you can cook a very tasty and unusual biscuit cookie for them. His recipe is extremely simple. The preparation will take you an hour and a half.

Chicken biscuits

Required products:

For the test: 100 ml. Water, 50 g butter, 1 tsp. Salt, 150 g of flour, a little walnuts, 3 eggs.

For glaze: half a chocolate bar, 1 tbsp. Butter, 2 tbsp. Sugar, 1 tsp. Brandy (cognac tincture, too, will go).

Put salt and butter in water and bring to a boil. We pour flour, turn the tile off and, mixing it quickly, we set the basis for our custard batter. When the whole mass becomes homogeneous, and a thin film of flour appears on the bottom of the saucepan, the dough will be considered ready, "brewed".

We put it to cool, and at this time we clean and chop the walnuts. To remove the skins that give the nuts bitterness and an ugly bluish tinge to the dough, and when baking, burn the nuts for five to ten minutes with boiling water, and then, when they cool, we slip the skin of each knife in its thickest place (where they are connected Both halves of walnut) and cleanse all the nuts in this way.

In the brewed dough, add eggs one at a time, constantly kneading it. As soon as we put the last egg, pour in the shredded walnuts and mix again.

We cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease it with vegetable oil. From the culinary bag, confectionery syringe, squeeze the dough a little on the sheet (a little more than a walnut). If you do not have a sack or syringe, shift the dough into a tight plastic bag, cut one corner and spread it through it.

About half an hour, bake the biscuits in a well-heated oven. The dough should not only brown, but also dry a little, so you can switch the oven to a temperature of 70 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.

Next, we prepare chocolate icing. To do this, mix and melt on a water bath butter, chocolate, cognac or tincture (it is needed for a pleasant aroma) and sugar. As soon as the mixture boils, immediately remove it from the water bath.

A ready-made brewed home-made bake is planted one piece on a toothpick and dipped in chocolate glaze.

The plate is covered with food film, so that the baking is not stuck, and we put cookies in chocolate on it, we remove it for about an hour and a half into the refrigerator. Finished brewed cookies in chocolate are removed from the film and served for tea or coffee. You can store it in a refrigerator in a closed container.
