Polyethylene bag in our life
Packaging material has always been an important part of the production process of any self-respecting company. The invention of the century - plastic materials - greatly facilitated the task of producers and traders.
Prehistory
The packaging package was first produced in 1957 in the United States. It was used for packing sandwiches. Ten years later, already 30% of the US bakery products were packed into such packages. Then Western Europe was carried away by this packing, as a result of which in 1973 the production of packages reached 11.5 million units. In 2002, when the whole world was covered by a boom of polyethylene packaging, the total world output of this product was 4-5 trillion pieces per year. The leaders in the manufacture of the finest packing bags (4.5-5 microns) are China, Russia, the countries of Southeast Asia. A thin polyethylene bag is made of dense polyethylene (at low pressure) HD (so-called "rustling"). Sometimes high-density polyethylene is used, but low density (LD, LLD), then the packages look smooth. Nevertheless, such a thin bagging bag is characterized by increased strength.
Different, and therefore interesting
Danger
We must not forget about the harm that the ecological bag inflicts on the polyethylene bag. As a result of negligent use of polyethylene products, the Earth, figuratively speaking, is practically packed in it, and the whole living world on the planet feels the negative consequences of this (in particular, marine inhabitants take plastic for food). We must not forget that each kilogram of bags absorbs in the production of 1.2 kg of precious resource - crude oil. It is worth remembering that plastic can be used repeatedly: from the worked out polyethylene bags, sections for fences, fences, park benches and much more are made. It can be burned and generate electricity. It must be remembered that polyethylene is different - less toxic and even soluble.
