Orange - useful properties for human health

You will not find someone who never ate oranges in his life. However, how many people know about the useful properties, which is rich in orange? Useful properties of it extend not only to the flesh, but also to the peel with bones, so this citrus simply must be present in the diet of modern man for several reasons, which will be considered below.

Oranges can be of four types: common (yellow flesh and large number of seeds), umbilical (there is a second rudimentary fruit), Jaffa (sweet and juicy fruits with thick skin) and korolorki (small fruit with a blood-red sweet flesh). By and large, there is no difference in what kind of fruit is purchased, since vitamins are available in all kinds.

Problems with accessibility now does not arise, although relatively recently oranges were something beyond the reach of our residents. However, vitamins and trace elements, required by the human body, were replaced by other products. In the end, there is always an alternative, but is it possible to replace something with an orange? You can, of course, remember the mandarins - "smaller brothers", but it will still be a little different.

Vitamins and trace minerals of oranges

Questions like "whether oranges are useful?" Can not be asked at all, since the answer in any case will be positive. Orange, useful properties of which are not limited only to vitamins and trace elements, also contains sugar (and this, in turn, glucose, fructose and sucrose) and water.

Let's return to vitamins. This fruit is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as a group of vitamins B and PP. There are a lot of Vitamin C in oranges, therefore, in order to cover the daily dose required by a person, it is necessary to eat about 150 grams of juicy fruits (this is not an appeal, of course, but a fact of serious benefit is obvious). Orange, whose useful properties can cover even the daily norm for vitamin C, is also rich in calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and potassium - as you might guess, these are trace elements contained in this fruit.

The crust of orange (it contains essential oil and pectin) is mentioned in medicine as an effective remedy for fever. Now to see a patient with infusion of orange peel in his hand is almost impossible, but before the popularity of this type of medicine was very large.

Orange juice and oil

How useful is orange juice? Firstly, it serves as an excellent sweatshop and hemostatic. Secondly, with the flu it is recommended to take not only tablets and syrups, but also juice of oranges (due to its composition it is antimicrobial). And thirdly, orange juice is a very good remedy against scurvy. If you feel slight nausea - you should dilute the juice with water, then the vomiting will be suppressed.

Oranges, like orange juice, were valued so much that they were used not only as a medicine against scurvy, the flu, but they were even part of various elixirs that favored the increase of vitality. Whether it was a joke, oranges were accepted (and certainly take) in order to bring cholesterol out of the body and normalize digestion (in the intestine putrefactive processes gradually cease).

Orange oil is applied no less than orange juice. So, it allows you to restore your eyesight in case of fatigue; Eliminates bleeding gums, fights with cellulite; Stabilizes the activity of the heart; Helps a person recover from chronic bronchitis and generally resist illnesses; Removes slags.

Orange (useful properties of it, as you can see from the text above, are huge) is able to bring joy not only to the delicious taste and smell, because its presence (like other fruits) on the table of any family should only be welcomed.
