Natalia Ragozina: biography, career

Birth

The future owner of the championship belts was born on April 5, 1976. Her homeland is the city of Abay, located in the Karaganda region of the then existing USSR. The girl's father is Russian by nationality, and her mother is a representative of the Tatar people.

Childhood

From an early age, Natalia Ragozina became accustomed to sports. Initially she paid close attention to track and field, ran to middle distance, and even managed to win the Asian championship. In 1993 the young sportswoman moved to Nizhny Tagil together with her parents, where she began to engage in kickboxing. Mom and Dad girls were very upset when they learned that their beloved daughter plans to become a professional fighter.

Successes

In kickboxing, Natalia Ragozina was able to become the champion of the Russian Federation five times, win the championship of Asia, twice won at the World Championships and did not lose at all for one fight. In 1999 she moved to amateur boxing, and already in 2004 she became a professional.

Career in the pros

Already in the first year of speeches on the Russian roster, four victories were won, all bouts ended early. In 2006, the girl moved to Germany, where she signed a contract with SES-Boxgym. In all for her sports life, Natalya Ragozina held 22 duels, in all of which she won. With 13 bouts, she finished with a knockout.

An interesting fact: the athlete spent her last fight in the heavyweight division, because in her division all the competitors refused to box her. As a result, Natalia Ragozina, whose biography inspires respect, was able to knock out the current world champion Pamela London. In June 2011, Ragozina planned to hold her last fight, which was to be the twenty-third in her career, but was canceled because all the pretenders refused to fight with the Russian woman.

Life outside the ring

Certainly, Natalia Ragozina is a boxing champion, but first and foremost she is a woman, and all of her to her, of course, is not at all alien. The athlete has excellent anthropometric data, and therefore it is not surprising that she also worked as a model, and in 2007 she starred completely nude in a photo shoot for the glossy edition of Sim.

Natalia also claims that she is a believer and regularly goes to church and puts candles.

Did not pass over to Ragozin and the cinema. In 2008, she took part in the filming of a film called "The White Bear".

As for her personal life, the athlete, being at the peak of her boxing career, met Mikhail, who was a businessman and a martial artist. It is worth noting that both before the wedding, and after the husband was very jealous of Natalya and constantly demanded of her to leave the sport. And when she after the birth began to train again and lost weight by 17 kg for the sake of fighting in the ring, he first did not let her go to the training camps, and then completely beat her. Ragozin could not stand such an attitude and, having taken her son, divorced.

In the summer of 2015, Natalya attended the combat sambo competitions, where she sat in the audience hall alongside President Vladimir Putin. The press very quickly attributed to them a novel, but no confirmative information on this account has not appeared.

By the way, once in life Natalia had to apply her skills on the street. It happened in Moscow when two men attacked her. But the athlete was not at a loss and beat the attackers.
