In this variant we will use pork - 1 kg, a little fat - about 0.4 kg, 4 cloves of garlic, cognac - 20 ml, as well as spices, for example basil and thyme, and 2 types of oil: vegetable and olive. The first secret - the meat must be pre-marinated, due to this it will be juicy and tender. It is from this that we will begin. Take the meat and cut it into pieces of medium size. We make a marinade, which includes: spices, lemon, cognac and olive oil. We mix everything thoroughly and put it on the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then marinated meat, lard, onions and garlic is passed through the meat grinder, preferably several times. The next step is to make a perfect homogeneous minced meat. To do this, you need to knead well, and then fight off the meat. After these procedures, leave the stuffing for a while, so that it becomes thicker, put it in the refrigerator. The coal for frying should be very well warmed, wood of a cherry or an oak is ideally suited. Lula-kebab on the grill, the recipe of which we told, will turn out juicy and very tasty.

We pass to the frying. Hands should be moistened in hot water and form oblong cutlets, which are stringed on skewers. If the mince will crawl, make smaller cutlets. We need to cook the following foods: chicken without bones - 2 kg, onion -2 heads, a little basil, zira and vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper. Take 2 tablespoons of vinegar and mix it with half a glass of hot water. Finely chopped onions are poured over this marinade. Clicks stuffed with chicken, which we put onions, basil, zira and spices. We knead and beat off stuffing, wrap it in a film and send it to the refrigerator. Frying is exactly the same as in the first recipe.
