Why does not a beard grow in all men?

In all cultures of the world, the beard was a sign of strength, wisdom and maturity. The beard was considered not only a masculine property, but also a symbolic confirmation of belonging to God's Kind - it meant that the beard bearer is a descendant of the Ancient Celestial Gods.

Today it is rare to see men who wear a beard. And the reasons for this are many - some because of hygiene, the second - because it does not like his companion, the third just does not grow a beard.

And really, why does not a beard grow in some of the stronger sex?

The main reason is the lack of nutrients in the body, as well as the presence of internal diseases and injuries of hair follicles.

Age is of no small importance. Until some time, the hormonal system of the young man is not located to activate the growth of the beard. Sometimes this is facilitated by uneven puberty or its delay. Unfortunately, sometimes the beard does not grow because the body has a disrupted work of sex hormones. Such a deviation may be accompanied by some delays or disparities in the proportions of development - high parents may have a short-grown son who does not grow up to their level of growth. If such deviations are detected in a timely manner, they are not badly cured without causing negative consequences.

The next reason why the beard does not grow is genetic predisposition. Of course, all boys can not by nature be the same - some start a daily shave with fourteen years, and for someone this procedure remains unknown to twenty-five. Also, much depends on belonging to certain nationalities - southern men are predisposed to a fairly early and dense coating of the hair of the chin. Blond northern men do not have hair for a long time on their beards, they start regular shaving at a fairly respectable age and can not boast of a thick beard, contrary to the popular image of the ancient bearded Vikings.

In addition, the beard does not grow because of improper shaving. It happens that an incorrect approach to the procedure destroys the roots and structure of the hair, making their subsequent growth difficult.

If the beard does not grow, what should I do? For full hair growth, the following components are needed: beta-carotene and zinc, calcium and iodine, magnesium and silicon, potassium, and manganese.

Therefore, in order to obtain an effective beard, cheese, cottage cheese, fruits, vegetables, nuts, oatmeal and legumes are necessary in the diet.

In addition, to improve growth, you can make various masks that promote the nutrition of hair follicles. It can be burdock oil, which is by far the most effective means for hair growth.

Insufficient physical activity can also affect the growth of hair, so you should play sports or other physical activities.

Of course, important for the growth of hair on the beard is their correct washing. To make them thick and healthy, shampoos should be discarded, since they do not stimulate hair follicles.

It is best to use the old, proven methods of the centuries - this is the use of mustard powder or egg yolk. To do this, whip the yolks and apply evenly to damp hair and distribute. At the same time, it is worthwhile to know that the yolk should be washed off gradually. And, of course, soap is best used to use the economic, because it is natural and harmless.

After such a procedure, it would be good to rinse the hair on the beard with a decoction of chamomile or nettle.

The final step is combing your beard. It is this process that improves blood circulation and nourishes the hair well, stimulating their growth.
