Among the minuses - possible problems with the movement of vehicles, as the prospectus of Engels loaded at peak hours, not infrequent traffic jams. An expanded network of public transport will facilitate the situation. To the metro station "Lesnaya" - one and a half kilometers, the station "Square of courage" - 2 km. In 400 meters there is a city electric train platform (which can become an additional source of noise).
