Before you bake pies in the oven, you need, of course, to prepare the filling. Do this and forget for a while about the test. Cabbage must be previously extinguished with spices and onions. Minced meat should be fried in a frying pan or boiled meat scrolled in a meat grinder, placing a roasted onion in it. If you want to bake sweet cakes, then in the dough you must first put more sugar. If the filling is from dried fruits, then they must be boiled beforehand, crushed in a combine or on a meat grinder, add sugar, if desired - nuts.

While we were engaged in filling, the dough has already approached. If you did everything correctly, then it increased 2 times in volume. It must be thinned once more and let it stand for a short time, so that it begins to rise again.

The ready dough should be laid out from the dishes on a cutting dry board, previously sprinkled with flour. Then the dough should be divided into small pieces and form balls of them. Last minutes for 10 leave to lie down, covered with a napkin. After that you need to roll out the balls with a rolling pin or smoothen them with your fingers into a round cake about 1 cm thick.
