Frozen fruit salad: try an unusual summer dessert

Perhaps it was a long time ago when you last made or ate something from the classical southern cuisine. Or maybe you've never tried anything like that. In any case, you need to take a fresh look at life and try something new.

For example, a frozen fruit salad. Because of the climate, in summer it will be an ideal dish in the heat. It can be served as a separate dish, like siding for something more or as a full-fledged dessert. Just have to say that you can decorate your salad with cocktail cherries - this will be the perfect combination. The most important thing is that you have fresh fruit in your stock.

Preparation

First of all you need to place the harvested pineapple pulp and soft cheese in a mixer bowl. Squeeze out the juice from the cherries and save about a quarter of the glass, which can immediately be poured into a bowl, where there is already pineapple with cheese. Beat all the contents for three minutes. The resulting mass is distributed over the dishes in which the dish will be served and cover it with cocktail cherries, sliced oranges and small marshmallows, and also decorate with whipped cream. The dish from above should be sprinkled with pecans and coconut chips. Now you can safely take the dish and put it in the freezer for at least three hours - or until you need to serve it to the table. Cut it into squares and serve only frozen.
