This is one of the many options for salmon dishes. Recipes differ in their variety and originality. From this fish you can make a magnificent jellied, which, moreover, is prepared very quickly. To do this, you need to take fresh fennel, parsley root, bay leaf, celery root and bell pepper. We put these spices and herbs on the bottom of the pan. We put the prepared fish from above. All pour cold water and set to cook. As soon as the water in the saucepan boils, you need to reduce the heat and cook the fish for about 20 minutes. At this point, we also add salt.

Then we take out the fish from the pan and cut it into small pieces, and we also separate all the bones. Merge the broth and filter it. Pour gelatin into it. Approximately 1, 5 liters of liquid we take 30 grams of gelatin. Next, we boil the same shrimp. After that, we clean them.

We take the form for the jellied and put on the bottom peeled shrimps with green peas. We add a little broth, diluted with gelatin. We set to freeze in the refrigerator.
