In many professions it is important to constantly improve your skills. For this purpose postgraduate education is often used - postgraduate or doctoral studies. Training lasts for 2-4 years. Professional training is needed to obtain a new specialty or improve existing skills.

Salary

The payment of personnel is approved by the Labor Contract and involves the payment of cash to employees of the enterprise by the employer for the work done. Under the legislation, employees are guaranteed a minimum wage, salary. In Russia, money is paid in cash or to a bank account. Usually the salary is given in rubles, but on the written application of the employee can be transferred in other currency. This area is under careful state control.

The amount of income is determined by the qualification of the employee, the quality of his work, the time spent. The guaranteed minimum size is established throughout the country. Income is paid based on the results of work for the month. All employees at the enterprise are considered important, since the results of the entire industry depend on them.
