What can be prepared from ordinary beans? And from asparagus? Probably, many have already decided to leave the page with this article. And in vain! For example, for those who want to lose weight, you can offer to cook soup, and not simple, but soup from canned beans.

Canned bean soup with dumplings

Half-glass of bean glass white, pour in a bowl of cold water beans and let stand in a cool place for 5 hours, then drain the water and pour cold water again and boil over low heat for 40 minutes. Water again, pour the beans with boiling meat broth. Grind 2 bulbs, grate one carrot large, take vegetable oil (3 tbsp) and add all this to the bean boiling in broth, allow to boil (10 min). Bring the beans until ready and put the dumplings in the soup. For their preparation: mix 2 fresh eggs and flour (2 tbsp), salt. Knead the dough, and then take a teaspoon and immerse the dumplings in a practically ready soup. Boil the canned bean soup with dumplings again for 8 minutes. Serve with crushed fresh herbs.

Soup from white canned beans and smoked products

Take any smoked meat 300 g (brisket, ham) and boil 2 liters of broth. Grind 1 medium bulb and grate 1 carrot. Take the meat, cut it into cubes and, together with onions and carrots, dip it into the broth. Prepare beans: pour half a glass of cold water into the dishes with beans and stand for 4 hours, after which the water is drained and then poured water. Beans cook until cooked on low heat. In the broth, cooked with smoked meats and vegetables, put the beans, all boil for about 15 minutes. Soup from canned beans is better served with chopped herbs.

In addition, very tasty and healthy dishes from asparagus canned. It itself has excellent properties, and in combination with other products you can cook just a divine dish.

Salad with asparagus

Take 1 kg of asparagus, peel it from the ends by removing a thick layer of peel, cut into small pieces. Boil water, a little salt, then dip it asparagus, boil it for 30 minutes on low heat. When the asparagus is cooked, cool it. Hard-boiled 4 eggs, cut into circles. Prepare salad dressing: Garnish parsley (30 g) finely chop and mix with 9% vinegar (3 tablespoons), olive oil (2 tablespoons), add salt and pepper to taste. Drain the water and dry it with asparagus. Then mix with salad dressing, cut into thin slices of boiled beef (100 g) and egg circles. Add 8-10 chopped lettuce leaves. Ready-made salad can be served with toast and butter.

Sandwiches with Asparagus

300 g of asparagus to peel, cut into slices (1 cm), add boiling water and boil the asparagus until soft. Drain and cool. Yolks 1-2 eggs mash and mix with vegetable oil. A third of the resulting mass is postponed, and 2/3 of the portion is added and mixed, add a quarter teaspoon of mustard and half a spoonful of sugar, and also sour cream (2 tbsp) and asparagus. On slices of bread, smeared with butter, put a leaf of lettuce, and on top of the salad place bumps of asparagus. Decorate the surface of the sandwich with egg mass.

Asparagus with vegetables

In a deep frying pan pour the vegetable oil, fry 1 onion, add 2-3 crushed cloves of garlic, then put the tomatoes cut into cubes (peel better off with the tomato). To tomatoes add sweet pepper, cut into strips. Stir all the vegetables in a frying pan for 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, the asparagus (previously peeled and cut into medium parts) should be put in a saucepan of cold water, brought to a boil and boiled. Pour the asparagus into a skillet with vegetables. After 10 minutes of quenching the contents of the pan should be poured, and at the very end of the cooking put one bay leaf.

Pie with chicken and asparagus

One-two chicken breasts shall be finely chopped and put on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, quickly fried, while adding a little.

Take half a kilo of puff pastry (you can bought it in the store). Roll the dough out onto a baking sheet, top with dough, pour the first layer of grated cheese on the first layer, lay a second layer of asparagus 300-500 g (previously peeled, cut, boiled in salted water). Over the asparagus the third layer is to lay out the roasted breast, and finally the fourth layer is the grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place the baking tray with cooked cake for 15 minutes.
