Despite the fact that it is very common to prepare soup with ham and sausage, this dish can be made using fish ingredients. For this type of saltwort, it is better to give preference to marine fish species. The fillet is boiled, pulled out of the broth and finely chopped. In a frying pan, the onions are fried, tomato paste is added, after which the dressing is laid out in fish broth. Here, too, peeled and sliced small potatoes. After 10 minutes in the soup is added crushed pickled cucumber, salt, spices, bay leaf. The fish are laid out in the plates, the soup is poured, which can be filled with sour cream and sprinkled with chopped herbs. Also, half a slice of lemon is added.

It must be said that in the soup hodgepodge team can put almost any ingredients, including a variety of cereals or vegetables. In some cases, the salted cucumber can be replaced with sauerkraut, which makes the taste of the dish slightly different.
