Process description

First of all, you should be engaged in beef. It is thoroughly washed in cool water, placed in a saucepan and boiled. Practically ready meat is removed from the broth and cut into small cubes. The remaining liquid in the pan is filtered and its volume is increased to three liters. After that, the broth is returned to the beef and the pre-washed barley is covered. There also send tomato paste and a tablespoon of salt.

While the contents of the pot are languishing on minimal heat, you can do vegetables. They are thoroughly washed, peeled and crushed. Potatoes cut into large pieces, carrots are processed with a grater. Prepared in this way, vegetables are sent to a pan with broth and croup and cook for about half an hour. At will, five minutes before the readiness for the soup with pearl bar and meat, add a teaspoon of hops-suneli.

This recipe is interesting because it contains mushrooms and green peas. Thanks to the presence of these ingredients, the ready-made dish acquires a very rich flavor and aroma.   • Half a glass of cereal.
  • 150 grams of mushrooms.
  • One carrot and a bulb.
  • 350-500 grams of pork or beef pulp.
  • ¾ cup of green peas.
  • 2.5 liters of chicken broth.

To get a delicious soup with pearl barley with meat and mushrooms, in the above list it is desirable to include half a glass of flour, four stalks of celery, a bunch of parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper, along a sprig of rosemary and thyme.

Sequencing

First of all, you should take care of meat. It is washed, cut into small cubes, rolled in a mixture of flour, salt and pepper and sent to a pan, greased with preheated olive oil. Fried pulp spread on a separate plate and set aside.

In the container in which it was prepared, place pre-prepared and shredded celery, carrots and onions, season them with a small amount of spices and mix well. Option Three

As in the previous case, all necessary components must be purchased in advance. Before cooking, check that you have at hand:

  • 300 grams of beef fillet.
  • Liter of water.
  • Half a glass of cereal.
  • Two pickled cucumbers.
  • One onion and a carrot.
  • Two potatoes.
  • 50 grams of celery and parsnip.

To cook a delicious and rich soup with pearl barley with meat, the above list must be supplemented with tomato paste, three cloves of garlic, spices, vegetable and butter.

To reduce the cooking time, it is advisable to soak the rump in cold water from the evening and leave for a whole night. In a saucepan with boiling water, pre-washed and cut meat is sent and cooked at minimum heat for half an hour. After that, salt and crushed roots are added to the broth. After another fifteen minutes, pearl barley and cut vegetables (potatoes and carrots) are placed in the boiling liquid.

While the broth is languishing on low heat, it is possible to disperse the chopped onions. When it becomes transparent, a tablespoon of tomato paste and a little water are added to it and stewed under the lid for ten minutes. After this time, the grated cucumber is shredded on a large grater and kept on a stove. Ten minutes later, the resulting roast is combined with soup and is pressed for about a quarter of an hour. Shortly before the end of cooking, a bay leaf is sent to the pan.
