Pancakes with yogurt

Pancakes in Russian and Ukrainian cuisines are a popular culinary dish. They can be cooked very quickly. Recipe 1

  • 250 g carrots, wash, clean and rub on a small grater;

  • ½ cup kefir;
  • ¼ teaspoon of tea leaves;
  • ½ tablespoon sugar;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

In a large bowl mix the grated carrots, egg, sugar, salt. Pour out all the flour at once, mix and add kefir gradually, knead the dough to obtain a homogeneous mass. Heat the oil in a frying pan, spread the fritters with a tablespoon. Fry from two sides. Serve with sour cream.

Recipe 2

Bake pancakes with kefir and apples. Ingredients:

For pancakes:

  • 1 cup of flour;
  • 250 g of apples are washed, cleaned, the core is removed and grated;
  • 2 cups of yogurt;
  • 1 egg;
  • Soda, slaked with steep boiling water (a few drops);
  • salt;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

For honey oil:

  • ¾ cup of honey;
  • ½ cup softened creamy butter.

Prepare the honey oil: beat the honey until it turns white, and add, without stopping whipping, softened butter. When the mass becomes uniform, it is set aside. Kefir is mixed with egg and whisked well. Add salt, soda and flour, quickly beat and spread the grated apples, mix again and bake in a frying pan with hot oil on both sides. Serve with honey butter.

Recipe 3

This diet pancakes on yogurt. For their preparation, oil is not required either for dough or for roasting. They are very gentle. Ingredients:

For pancakes:

  • 1 cup of flour;
  • ½ tablespoon sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 faceted kefir glass;
  • 1 faceted glass of sour cream;
  • Soda, slaked with steep boiling water (a few drops);
  • salt.

For orange oil:

  • ½ cup softened creamy butter;
  • 2 table spoons of orange syrup;
  • 2 spoons of tea grated peel.

Prepare orange oil: mix all the ingredients and whisk to a homogeneous mass, set aside. Beat yogurt, sour cream and egg, pour sugar, salt, soda and flour, quickly mix. Bake in a frying pan with non-stick coating. Serve with orange oil.

Recipe 4

As with zucchini to cook pancakes on kefir - this is the most popular recipe in the summer. The dish is very tasty and especially useful. Ingredients:

  • 200 g zucchini peeled and without a core, rubbed on a fine grater;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 1 egg;
  • ½ cup kefir;
  • ½ cup of flour;
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • salt.

Beat the egg, mixed with zucchini. Kefir, salt, sugar, flour are added to the mixture. Stirred. Spread out in a frying pan with hot oil and fry from two sides. Serve with sour cream.
